New Jersey Don't Vote for Hillary or Rudy on February 5
New Jersey Don't Vote for Hillary or Rudy on February 5The New Jersey primary election is February 5, 2007 and the state thought that we could share some of the national spotlight like Iowa and New Hampshire with many visits from the candidates to discuss issues, but it looks like the polls have settled for Hillary and Rudy as winners, and visits here will be like ATM visits to obtain contributions from wealthy New Jersey donors. It stinks.
I had enough of her when Bill was President. It takes a certain type of person to face as a spouse infidelity, impeachment, and everything else. I cannot really admire her for it. And the Republican rhetoric will probably be louder and more divisive than with Bill.
Rudy killed thousands at the World Trade Center disaster because he was Mayor of New York and played the major part in the lack of safety for private citizens and rescue workers of 911. As mayor he sat in regional and federal committees that prepared for an attack. He was in charge of building codes for the Towers. He was in charge of the city rescue agencies. Rudy knew that the World Trade Center was a target of extremists because the World Trade Center was bombed previously. Additionally, Rudy's wife and children were living in Gracie Mansion, the official home of the Mayor of New York while he was cavorting publicly with someone else. Talk about ugly. Rudy has a big history of ugly and I do not want to see that either.
New Jersey should not be an ATM for any candidate, let alone Hillary and Rudy. We should have our chances to meet the candidates and discuss issues with them. New Jersey has it own set of issues that are different from issues of other states. New Jersey has suffered at the hands of George Bush II and we need to know whether New Jersey will be supported or not by each candidate. Even though New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine has aligned himself with Hillary does not mean it is good enough for the rest of us. Anyway, even if she promised a lot for New Jersey, he is only one person that she may have lied to, but if she makes promises to thousands of New Jersey citizens, then I think it would be less likely if elected for her to slip up.
Both Hillary and Rudy support illegal aliens including drivers licenses and amnesty cities. We know they support but hopefully no illegal alien can vote in New Jersey. We need to know what they and all of the other candidates are going to do for our state and our legal citizens.
