ATLANTA, GA—LAING YANG, 37, of Duluth, Georgia was sentenced today by United States District Judge Timothy C. Batten to serve 5 years in federal prison on charges of conspiring to harbor illegal aliens.

There are tens of thousands of people doing the same thing as Laing Yang but somehow they have not brought much attention to themselves. The FBI and ICE have ignored them and do not deserve their paychecks because they are not enforcing the law. And when a specific individual is arrested others quickly come out of the woodwork to replace him or her.
Read the article as I did in disbelief that the illegal aliens were not sent back to their home countries and the owners of the restaurants were not prosecuted also. Looks like the FBI and ICE did a real sloppy job by not prosecuting the illegal aliens and the restaurant owners.
The current role model of the FBI and ICE is a prison guard from the Hogans Heroes TV show. Seargent Schultz a basically good-hearted man who, when confronted by evidence of the prisoners' covert activities, will simply look the other way, repeating "I hear nothing, I see nothing, I know nothing!" (or, more commonly as the series went on, simply "I know nothing – NOTHING!") in order to avoid being blamed for allowing things to have gotten as far as they already had-or get a one-way trip to the Russian Front. If you see an ICE or FBI employee, point and mimic them by saying "I see nothing".
So now we know that small businesses such as Chinese restaurants hire illegal aliens. We see them everyday working on landscape and construction crews. We see the day labor street locations in all of our towns where employers drive by to hire someone for a few days.
We seen major employers outsource cleaning crews and cafeteria workers where illegal aliens are brought in.
A major highway store brought in illegal aliens to clean the stores at night, where it was reported that the illegal aliens were not deported, and found new jobs within a day.
Even legal aliens brought to America as temporary workers under the H1B Visa and about 23 other similar visas are exploited by their employers looking to save money by replacing American citizens on the job in America with higher salaries, benefits, and working conditions. Almost all H1B visa holders contract workers brought to America by third parties.
The H1B program is a farce because it was established to supplement American workers when there were no Americans available to perform the work. With unemployment approaching 10%, and adding about 5% more people that gave up looking for work or are underemployed, there is certainly enough Americans that are now qualified, willing, and able to perform the work of the H1B's.
We have always called the people exploiting aliens as modern day slavers. They are greedy people looking out for themselves. While ultimate employers may pay decently for workers, the slaver unjustifyingly takes more than their fair share. And the vast majority provide low salaries but do not provide benefits at all.
There are adequate immigration laws as well as adequate illegal alien laws. The President should follow the law and investigate, arrest, prosecute, and imprison the violators of the law. He swore an Oath to obey the constitution. Send him emails telling him these are vote killers by doing nothing. Ask him if he wants to be a one term President.
Write your elected officials to stop the farce and prosecute the employers and landlords of illegal aliens. Prosecute government employer that provide sanctuary to illegal aliens. Send all illegal aliens back to their home countries. Send all H1B aliens back to their home countries.
