CBS Sunday Morning correspondent Thalia Assuras provided a TV segment on 300 Million People And Counting : The U.S. Population Is Growing Faster Than Any Other Country on Sunday, October 8, 2006. It lasted less than 9 minutes but it was better than nothing.Reaching 300 million in population is a very important milestone for America that it deserves much more than 9 minutes. Hopefully, others in the media can contribute something. Hopefully the educators of America can teach their students about its significance, also.
