Our fearless leaders in Washington, DC cannot get enough of China and they get all of our money and that is not enough for them, they have to grant security clearances to Chinese in America, making it easy for them to steal American secrets also. when is enough enough?
Are they just dumb in Washington, DC or what? President Bush and or Congressmen seem to act as if China is all goodness...
The "spooks" who stole American secrets were of Chinese heritage but American citizens with Top Secret clearances. Just because they are American citizens does not mean they have to be given Top Secret clearances. I would not give Top Secret clearance to anyone that had close ties to their home country. How often do they visit or phone their home countries. How frequently do aliens visit them in America? Who are their contacts and relatives such as anyone in government of a foreign country? Do they have a diverse group of people that they work or socialize with or are they mostly from their home country. Maybe Top Secret security clearances should not be given to any first generation Americans and maybe also not to second generation ones either. Washington also failed to supervise the individuals enough for security purposes.
Why have secrets at all if Washington is going to give them away anyway? I think the spooks should forfeit all of their American citizenship including their spouses and children, possessions in America including any pensions and Social Security benefits, and be fined triple the amount of money paid to them while they held any security clearance in America, and be deported with their spouse and children after serving any prison time. Any grown children of the spies and their spouse and children should also be deported. Their photos should be posted as spies in all government buildings including post offices. All of their relatives and friends in America especially from their home country should be thoroughly investigated and probably lose their security clearances if they have any.
America needs to get tough with these people. If they think they can get away with spying on America, they will continue to do it. If their hearts are not for America, then they should get their asses out and go back to their home countries.
