Meanwhile, the White House is being damaged by the leaks and mold is growing everywhere making people sick not only in the White House but throughout the Country and the World. It is an epidemic. Traitors are walking around the White House offices.
It all started when White House employees with high national security clearances leaked sensitive information about a CIA operative to members of the press where it was published nationally and internationally. If one cannot keep a national secret in the White House, where can you keep one.
President Bush's father, who was head of the CIA at one time in addition to also being President is on record for harsh words and recommended punishment to anyone spilling state secrets which is what happened. I would like to hear his unbiased take on the situation. I am sure he is unhappy to say the least.
What will the history books say about a White House that blabbed secrets to the members of the Press who did not have security clearances and published the information?
American case law is based on precedent which are judicial decisions made in similar cases. No-one is accused of a crime though. No judge has decided any case yet. The laws and remedies are written though. In the future, can't you see other traitors citing the facts that the White House employees were not even charged for leaks and why should he or she as a defense? If you are an employee of the White House you get a stay out of jail card? I hope that is not so.
The cases that are active is one where Liddy was found guilty of lying and hindering prosecution and 9 civil cases against White House employees being sued for their assumed efforts in leaking the name of the CIA agent.
President Bush should cleanup the stench of the leaks in his own White House. He does more harm to his administration and the country by ignoring the facts. He should remember Nixon lost office in disgrace by supporting his people in an extremely bad situation. We all remember the Watergate Scandal and that is in the history books. America does not need a White House scandal about the leaks.
