Tom Keane Sr. Stinks

Tom Keane Sr. Stinks

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Former President Bill Clinton called for ABC to "tell the truth" in an upcoming miniseries about the events leading up to the 9/11 attacks.

Senior officials and advisers in Clinton's administration have attacked the accuracy of "The Path to 9/11," accusing filmmakers of including "fictitious" and even "false and defamatory" scenes of how they responded to the terror threat.

"I think they ought to tell the truth, particularly if they're going to claim it's based on the 9/11 commission's report," Clinton told reporters in Arkansas on Thursday.

"They shouldn't have scenes that are directly contradictory to the factual findings of the 9/11 commission. I just want people to tell the truth."

Thomas H. Kean, the Republican who chaired the bipartisan 9/11 commission that investigated what led up to the attacks and retired university president and who has been a consultant to the film says "the film is true to the spirit of 9/11."

Many people are going to see the film and notice that Tom Kean, Sr was an advisor and believe everything, which they should not do because much of it was fictionalized. Many individuals have highly reguarded Mr. Keane Sr and know that even retired university presidents should have the highest of standards and truth, but to disregard his principles in spreading lies about the 9/11 events is beyond reason. I can no longer ever hold Mr. Keane Sr. in high regard and I will hold anything he says or has said as potential lies.

I don't think Mr. Keane is senile but has performed this deed with wide open disregard to the truth. I resent any time I may have voted for him and am glad I did not attend Drew University where he was President. If he was joining in to the Republican bad mouthing of Democrats, then his integrity has really sunk.
